I haven’t read much of Jana Aston’s books, but I have loved the ones that I have read. They always make me laugh, but the story is also so good. If you love rom-com romances, then this is the book for you. I highly recommend it.
Violet is in her twenties and her life was just turned upside down; she lost her job, her boyfriend left, and she is now living with her sister. Her sister has the idea for her to take over, being a tour guide to make some money. While she is out at a bar, she meets a sexy stranger and crosses one thing off her bucket list: to have a one-night stand.
Jennings was such a great male character. I think he was perfect for Violet. He is British which Violet loves; he is always asking him to call her love or to say something British. You will fall for Jennings just like Violet does.
Jennings and Violet’s relationship starts as a one-night stand, but it soon turns into more as they are both falling in love with each other. I love their story; it was so sweet how Jennings kept wanting to get to know Violet and just kept asking her about herself and never giving up.
