Silver Swan by Amo Jones Book Review

Rating: 6 out of 6.
Silver Swan

Silver Swan by Amo Jones is one of my favorite books that I have ever read. I have read this book 3 times and will probably read it again at some point. It takes place in a private school, but the school aspect is not important for the plot of the story; in my opinion, it serves as a reason for her to discover who she is. If you do not like dark high school/private school romances, I still think you should read this.

I loved Madison as a heroine; Madison has just moved to the Hamptons and is starting Riverside Preparatory Academy and is hoping for a fresh new start after something that happened with her mom. When Madison first arrives, she meets Nate and the boys of the Elite Kings Club. As the book goes on Madison learns more about herself and who she is.

Bishop Van Hayes is a perfect hero for Madison. Bishop is the leader of the Elite Kings Club. Throughout this book, Bishop is keeping secrets from Madison about her and who she is. I feel like that is all I can say, because if I say more then it will give away what happens in the book.

The secondary characters are some of my favorites; I loved Nate, Brantley, and the rest of the Elite Kings, Tillie, and Tatum. They were such great characters, and I loved their personalities. I miss Nate already.

It’s the year 2017. We have drones, cars that can go in water, and men who walk on the moon. Why the hell haven’t they figured out how to unsend a text message? I don’t know who “they” are, but I’m blaming it on Apple.

“When the lights go out, and no one is about, will Madison scream or will she pout? Because one thing I know, that you may not so, is how you scream for me, down below.”
