Chosen By a Sinner by Michelle Heard Book Review

Chosen by a Sinner

Chosen By a Sinner was another great book by Michelle Heard. I like the relationship between Luca and Mariya. I appreciated how much Mariya was willing to fight throughout the book. I thought it was great to see Mariya saving herself instead of someone coming to the rescue. The torture scene was a bit of a surprise to me, though. I also really like the friendship between Viktor and Luca and how Viktor knew Luca was lying to him and what happened in Vegas. Stolen by a Sinner is still my favorite I just love Gabriel!!!

Mariya was a good heroine because of the way she saved herself and the things she was willing to go through to escape. I also thought it was an interesting start to the book introducing us to her training with her dad. I liked the way that even when she was running and still trying to escape, she did not worry about her hand or her leg she was just focused on getting out and how she just wanted to heal and put what happened behind her.

Luca was another great hero. In his friendship with Viktor, I found their interactions to sometimes be very funny. I like how Viktor knew that he was lying when he told him about Vegas. I also really like how he took care of Mariya when she was in the hospital and how he was there to support her.

Viktor’s story is the last one, and I am so interested to know how his story goes because you get little glimpses based on what he tells us in the other books.

“Hi, Luca. It’s good to see you again. I’m fine, thanks for asking.” His eyes

“I’m offended.” “Me too,” Gabriel mutters. He looks at Nikolas. “Clearly, we’re doing something wrong.” “What the fuck are you talking about?” Viktor asks. “I own Greece and Cyprus. Gabriel has control over Turkey. But no, the fuckers only go after Luca.” “It’s because he’s the head of the Priesthood. They think if he falls, we all fall,” Liam states.
